2. Can I change the items I ordered?

Once an order is placed, the requested items and selected quantities cannot be changed. In such cases, we recommend contacting us to cancel the incorrect order. Then, we suggest placing a new order for your preferred items on our website as soon as possible.

3. Can I change the delivery address after my package has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in transit.

4. What should I do if I receive products different from what I ordered?

5. What if I receive incorrect/damaged products?

Contact us immediately and let us know if you receive a package that is not what you ordered:

Provide clear images of the items received or the item, along with the delivery note (ensure details are clearly visible). If the goods are damaged, notify our customer service within 48 hours of receipt by emailing support@LG-LED-led.com. Our customer service will respond to your email within 24 hours.

6. Where are your products shipped from?

All orders to the United States are shipped from U.S. warehouses.

All orders to Europe are shipped from warehouses in China.

7. Do you deliver to my area?

While we strive to offer global shipping, currently, our courier services cannot deliver to:

2. Our 5-year warranty means you can contact us for a replacement if you encounter any product issues within this period.

Note:

If your product requires replacement, please include your purchase order number in the email. Additionally, ensure you attach a photo or video showcasing the failure, with the product number visible on the back. Upon completing our review within 48 hours, we will arrange for the delivery of a new product, with all associated expenses covered by LG-LED Lighting. We stand by our commitment to a genuine 5-year warranty, backed by 19 years of brand reputation.

Warranty:

LG-LED Lighting warrants that lights purchased directly from LG-LED Lighting will be free from defects in material and workmanship until the earlier of five years from the date of purchasing, and 50,000 hours of operation.

Remedy:
- If the product is defective caused by material or production failures, this product will be repaired or replaced, at LG-LED's option. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Relevant photos and videos are required for further evaluation. 
- LG-LED should bear the relevant expenses after confirmation, and the specific expenses are subjected to LG-LED's instructions.

Terms and Conditions:

This Limited Warranty is VOID under these circumstances:
- This limited warranty does not apply to loss or damage to the product caused by: negligence; abuse; misuse; mishandling; improper installation, storage, or maintenance; damage due to fire or acts of God; vandalism; civil disturbances; failure to follow installation, operating, maintenance or environmental instructions.
- Replacement of components with those from other manufacturers.
- Operating the product outside specified electrical values or subjecting it to abnormal use/stress such as under/over voltage conditions, excessive switching cycles, and extreme environmental conditions (e.g., ambient temperature).
- Products not purchased elsewhere on our site, 
- Not the quality of the product itself, or man-made damage,

DISCLAIMER

Please pay attention to the working temperature of the light fixture. If the temperature exceeds the usage limit of the light fixture due to natural or man-made reasons causing damage to the light fixture, the warranty policy won't cover the loss.
In case the product is not available, LG-LED reserves the right to replace the product with a comparable product.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

LG-LED Company issues a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for all requests for warranty review. To make a warranty claim, retain the failed Products and notify your LG-LED sales or customer service representative in writing within 15 days of the failure. After contacting LG-LED and receiving an RMA number, the Purchaser shall promptly return the Product after receiving instructions regarding if, when, and where to ship the Product. The Product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the RMA number, and the shipping box must be clearly marked with the RMA number. Failure to follow this procedure shall void this Limited Warranty. LG-LED reserves the right to examine all failed Products to determine the cause of failure and patterns of usage and shall be the sole judge as to whether any Product is defective and covered under this Limited Warranty.
